Snede, CVR 25536290.
1, litra a).
6, stk. 1, litra b) og udtrykkeligt samtykke for helbredsoplysninger (art. 9, stk. 2, litra a) |
| At håndtere prøveperiode og køb | Aftale (art. 6, stk. 1, litra b) |
6, stk. 1, litra f) |
| At svare på dine henvendelser | Legitim interesse (art. 6, stk. 1, litra f) |
|---|---|---|
Din kontrol over dem er kontakten i Indstillinger — se afsnit 8.

This policy describes what personal data the Lagoma app processes, why, and what rights you have. We have written it to be read by people, not only by lawyers.
The controller is Balanceret Liv, Kirkeskovvej 16, DK-8766 Nr. Snede, Denmark, company reg. no. (CVR) 25536290. For questions about this policy or to exercise your rights, write to mail@lagoma.app.
You can use the app without creating an account. Everything you log then stays on your own phone and is not sent anywhere.
If you create an account — with email, Google or Apple — we process:
| Category | Specifically |
|---|---|
| Account details | A user id, your email address, and — if you sign in with Apple or Google — the name you choose to share. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, we only ever see Apple's relay address. |
| Your entries | Drink type, volume, alcohol percentage, price, currency and timestamp for each entry. |
| Your settings | One figure for how alcohol spreads through your body (used for the estimate — your weight itself is never stored), country, your own drinks, your price list, ordering, language and appearance. |
| Trial and purchase | When your trial started, and whether you have bought the app. The payment itself and your card details are handled by Apple or Google — we never see them. |
| Technical | Which version of the app your phone runs, so we can deliver fixes. |
The app can count how it is used, so we can see which parts are worth working on. It is off by default and counts nothing until you turn it on in Settings. You can turn it off again in the same place.
What is counted is a number per week for a fixed, closed list of actions: that the app was opened, that a drink was logged (and whether it came from quick add, the catalogue or your own drinks), which screens were opened, that a setting was changed, that the purchase screen was opened, and that an account was created.
It does not record when in the week or the day anything happened, in what order, which drink it was, how much you drank, or any blood alcohol figure. Logging twelve drinks at once counts as one logged drink — precisely so the number cannot become a measure of how much you drink.
The counts hang on a random id for your installation that the app generates itself. It is not tied to your account, your email or your entries, and it cannot be read back from the app. That makes the counts pseudonymous, not anonymous: we cannot see who you are, but two weeks of counts from the same installation belong together. If you turn the counts off, the id is deleted from the phone, so later counts cannot be joined to earlier ones.
The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Information about your alcohol consumption — and the figure about your body used for the estimate — is health data and therefore a special category of personal data under Article 9 GDPR. We process it solely on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a)), which you give by entering it yourself. You may withdraw that consent at any time by deleting your data or your account — see section 8.
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Providing the app's features: storing your entries, calculating statistics and the blood alcohol estimate, and syncing between your devices | Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and explicit consent for health data (Art. 9(2)(a)) |
| Handling the trial and purchase | Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) |
| Understanding which parts of the app get used | Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — off until you turn it on |
| Keeping the app secure and working | Legitimate interest in a functioning app (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
| Responding to your enquiries | Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
Your entries and settings are stored with Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) in data centres in the EU (the eur3 multi-region, Europe-west). Access is locked to your own account by server-side security rules: no other user can read your data.
We never sell your data. We use a small number of providers who process data on our behalf:
| Provider | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC (Firebase) | Sign-in and storage of your data | EU (storage), US (group) |
| RevenueCat, Inc. | Determining whether the app is purchased | US |
| Shorebird, Inc. | Delivering fixes to the app | US |
| Apple / Google Play | Payment and receipts — independent controllers | EU/US |
Transfers to the US rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We keep your data for as long as you use the app. If you delete your data or your account, it is removed from our systems. Purchases recorded by Apple, Google or RevenueCat may be kept longer where accounting law requires it.
The usage counts do not follow your account but the week: each week's counts are deleted no later than 14 months after the week they cover.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict processing, to object to it, to receive your data in a machine-readable format (portability), and to withdraw your consent. Write to mail@lagoma.app.
Those rights cover everything we can connect to you. The one exception is the usage counts: we cannot tell which numbers are yours, and we are neither required nor able to obtain the information it would take (Article 11 GDPR). Your control over them is the switch in Settings — see section 8.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark, dt@datatilsynet.dk.
The app concerns alcohol and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data about children.
We may update this policy. We will notify you in the app of material changes. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
